·Base Meter: Measures the water flow rate and works with the signal-emitting ring to output pulse equivalents, which are sent to the controller.
·Actuator: With a gear ratio of 1:3400, it delivers a torque of 3.2 N·m, ensuring reliable opening and closing of the water valve under high water pressure conditions.
·Coil: Works with the controller to read the information stored in the RF IC card.
·Controller: Counts the water consumption by the user and controls the opening and closing of the valve.
·Display Screen: Shows information such as the user's remaining water balance and total purchased water volume.
Product Features
·Low Balance Automatic Alarm: When the balance is low, the meter will alert the user, and the valve will automatically close once the account is out of credit.
·Low Battery Automatic Valve Closure: When the battery voltage drops below 3.0V, the water meter will detect the low voltage and automatically close the valve, reminding the user to contact the management department for battery replacement.
·Free Charging Management System: The system is provided free of charge and supports customization in multiple display languages. The software is based on a C/S (Client/Server) architecture, ensuring safer management and making data storage and transfer more convenient.
·Automatic Descaling Function: The water meter has an automatic descaling function that regularly opens and closes the valve each month to remove impurities from the ball valve, preventing scaling and effectively extending the water meter's service life.

The operation of an IC card smart water meter is very simple. After the water meter is installed:
First, the user needs to visit the relevant water management department to complete the account opening process.
The management staff will issue an IC card to the user and assist with account registration and recharge.
Once the recharge is completed, the user can swipe the IC card on the water meter to start normal usage.
When the remaining balance in the water meter reaches the alert threshold or runs out, the meter will automatically close the valve to remind the user to recharge and make a payment.
