Currently, our platform can collect cumulative flow, battery voltage, and upload time on the water meter.
2. How do you know that the water meter is faulty and there is no data to return?
First, we can check the alarm function on the platform to see if the water meter has no data returned, and then check the
installation environment to see if there is any obvious damage, and can actively trigger the water meter to turn on-line mode .
3. Is the platform free? Can I pay in advance?
