Device composition The device is composed of water source system, piston system, clamp meter pipeline, flow adjustment device, standard device system, software control system, and data acquisition system;
1. Water source system Water pump or piston: The maximum flow rate is 8m3/h, controlled by frequency converter, and different frequencies can be set by software. Airbag regulator tank: Used to stabilize the pressure of the pipeline system. The flow rate of Q3 and above is supplied by water pump. It is also used to detect air bubbles before flushing. Water tank: 304 stainless steel, a liquid level sensor is installed at the bottom of the water tank, the software system can collect the current liquid level of the water tank, equipped with an electric heating device, and the water temperature control accuracy is ± 1°C.
2. Piston system The standard cumulative flow of the piston device is the product of the internal cross-sectional area of the piston and the displacement of the piston within a certain period of time. Therefore, accurate measurement of piston displacement is one of the key factors to reduce the uncertainty of the device. The bore diameter of the piston is 215mm, and temperature and pressure sensors are installed at the outlet of the piston to compensate the error of the bore diameter of the piston. In order to improve the accuracy of displacement measurement, the device uses a grating ruler to measure the displacement of the piston. The output signal of the grating ruler is an AB quadrature signal with an accuracy of 1us.
