Features
1. High precision: Ultrasonic technology can provide high-precision flow measurement, usually with very small errors within the normal flow range.
2. Wide measurement range: Ultrasonic water meters can adapt to the measurement needs of different water flows, including small flow and large flow.
3. Low pressure loss: Since the ultrasonic water meter itself has a small pressure loss, it has little impact on the water flow system.
4. Long life: The components of ultrasonic water meters are generally made of corrosion-resistant materials, which have a long service life.
5. Low Maintenance: Ultrasonic water meters have no moving mechanical parts and therefore require less maintenance than traditional mechanical water meters.
Installation requirements
1. Pay attention to the direction of the arrow mark on the flowmeter, so that the direction of water flow is consistent with the direction of the arrow
2. Do not block the valve port with hemp, raw material tape and other sundries during installation
3. Handle with care during the installation process, and brutal operation is strictly prohibited to prevent man-made damage
4. The HVAC pipeline should be cleaned before installation, and the front end of the flowmeter should be equipped with a dirt filter and a stop valve to remove dirt and repair and replace
5. The front end of the heat meter should have a straight pipe section not less than 10 times the nominal diameter, and the rear end should have a straight pipe section distance not less than 8 times the nominal diameter.
6. The temperature sensor with the red label is installed on the high temperature pipeline, and the temperature sensor with the blue label is installed on the low temperature pipeline. The lead wires of the temperature sensor shall not be arbitrarily increased or decreased
7. All parts of the heat meter (including heat meter parts, temperature sensor parts and calculator parts) should be installed in a position to avoid exposure, flooding, freezing and electromagnetic pollution, and be easy to disassemble
