Device composition This device is composed of a water source system, a piston system, a clamp meter pipeline, a flow adjustment device, a standard device system, a software control system, and a data acquisition system;
1.Water source system Water pump or piston: the highest flow rate is 8m³/h, using frequency converter control, the software can set different frequencies Airbag pressure stabilizing tank: used to stabilize the pressure of the pipeline system. The flow rate of Q3 and above uses a water pump for water supply. It is also used to detect bubbles before flushing. Water tank: 304 stainless steel, the bottom of the water tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor, the software system can collect the current level of the water tank, is equipped with an electric heating device, and the water temperature control accuracy is ±1ºC.
2.Piston system The standard cumulative flow of the piston device is the product of the piston's internal cross-sectional area and the piston displacement in the time period. Therefore, the accurate measurement of the piston displacement is one of the key factors to reduce the uncertainty of the device. The piston cylinder diameter is 215mm, and a temperature and pressure sensor is installed at the piston outlet to compensate for the error of the piston cylinder diameter. In order to improve the accuracy of displacement measurement, this device uses a grating ruler to measure the displacement of the piston. The output signal of the grating ruler is an AB quadrature signal with an accuracy of 1us.
